Returns & Refunds Policy
All our products are customised and made just for you. Due to this we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect orders due to personal preference.
However , we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully:
Damages and issues:
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect due to our error:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide Photos of the issue along with your order number.
- We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the issue is verified.
Order Errors by Customer:
Please double check all customisation details (names, messages) before completing your order. You have a 12 hour window from the time you placed your order to change any errors. We are not responsible for mistakes in personalisation provided by the customer.
Refunds:
- Refunds for eligible claims will be processed via the original payment method within 3-7 business days after approval.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds for items that do not meet the criteria above.
