Shipping + Returns
Please allow 5-8 business days for processing before shipment. UK mainland delivery takes approximately 3-5 business days, with international delivery varying by location. As our memory books are non personalised, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and returned in their original condition. Personalised items may only be returned if faulty or damaged upon arrival.
